BeOn Music was created to combine a long term passion for electronic music with experience in event, projects and operations management. We offer services to two client groups: music festivals where we support the artist advancing, artist liaison and transportation management, and also touring artists, where we support with tour management, organisation & administration, and special projects. We genuinely care for the people we work with, and the success of their events/careers. We position ourselves as part of their teams, work hard, have fun, adapt where/when needed and celebrate our client's achievements as our own.

For Music Festivals:

 - Artist Advancing - We take care of all the details, including technical  and hospitality riders so artists can concentrate on what they do best—performing.

 - Artist Liaison - Our team acts as the vital link between artists and event partners, ensuring that your event provides the best hosting experience to artists and their crews, leading to memorable performances.

 - Transportation management - We love a puzzle, so making sure that the right transportation is at the right location at the right time is a joyful task for us.

For Artists:

 - Tour Management - We work with you to ensure no head aches during your tours, from detailed scheduling, transparent information and updates, the most efficient and direct travel links, and the most comfortable accommodation the budget allows. 

 - Organisation & administration - You have a lot of e-mails coming through and are feeling overwhelmed , or is that time of the year again to do your tax return. We can be of assistance and help release time for you to focus on your music.

 - Special Projects - Maybe you need to organise an album release party, or you need a new artist website. We are experienced and can respond to different requests at short notice.
